    We have used Benenden many more times than we would have wished over the past 30 years, for all members of the family. They have never been less than extremely helpful, polite, and supportive.     I and my wife have been members for over two and a half years. I particularly have not enjoyed the best of health over this period but the NHS has been wonderful and timely in all aspects so I had no need to call on the services of Benenden untill recently.     Making a claim is easy. Telephone response is swift and helpful with written confirmation of help usually arriving the next day. This is low cost healthcare from a mutual, not-for-profit organization. It doesn't cover everyithing - but the cover provided is excellent value for money. I have never ...
