Virgin Money have no interest at all in customer service, purely reliant on online automation and robotic staff who hammer you with every charge possible even if it means losing your account

Once you talk to an individual at Virgin Money they are sensible and polite- but in the last three months each statement has been problematic.
Today- 30-6-09 I have now been waiting- without ever being answered- for 2 hours and 23 minutes on the phone. The only choice given on the phone menu to spe ...

It's almost 3 years since I got my Virgin Credit Card and it's the best thing to happen to me financially! Application process was smooth and I got my card with a healthy limit and 10.9% APR (on of the lowest in the market then). Interest did go to 15.9% after about a year but you'd hardly get lower ...
