Very accurate. Well Made ,but ,the trigger guard should be steel and not alloy and indeed so should the trigger itself. There is no rear sight which is quite bad.

A good all round hunter. Nice feel and look robust accurate well made. I really like the Weihrauch HW 97K air rifle. Its great value for money and a lot of fun to use.

Great weapon, with all the qualities you want on a airrifle
and the weight may be high fort some people, but not to me, more weight is more stability

Weihrauchs are excellent rifles for hunting with. I also have a HW 80 ( .177 CALIBRE ). This too is superb for vermin control.
My 97K and HW80 have been trusty pot fillers..........rabbits , squirrels ( not much meat, but excellent taste ) and wood pigeons over the years.

Straight out of the box the Weihrauch 97k felt great, its years since I have owned a air gun. Thanks to the reviews I bought this rifle. As a born again I would recommend this superb product, it has also made my mates envious.

Bought one of the Blue Laminate .177 models. Very nice option with the stock being very well finished. Well worth the extra.
Fitted with a 4x12 Mil dot scope, it took less than 20 shots to get it pin point accurate using H&N FTT.

Awesome takedown springer. No nonsence. Min ei s.22 and will happily take down rabbits, squirrels and pigeons up to 30 meters. I dont usually shoot game over that distance due to the possibility of wounding and not achieving a clean kill.
Targets, 40 meters no problem. Heavy fall off though with 12l ...

Just upgraded my hw95k for one of these which was great. This is even better. Handling, power, accuracy all spot on. I notice the weight difference but thats something I will adjust to. German quality once again at its best. Well recommend Weihrauch HW 97K.
