The weihrauch HW 97K is one of the finest guns you could be lucky enough to own. If you know anything about air guns you know weihrauch make the best. I have yet to use a bad weihrauch and i have used almost every single rifle they made from 1993-2002 but this is my favourite. Its carbine length com ...

I am new to this sport and sought advice from all quarters - magazines, shops and local club members (Harriers FT).
The Weihrauch HW97K air rifle in .177 seemed to be the one to go for. I bought a kit from Sandwell Field sports and with plenty of friendly advice from Tony Wall off i went.
It is no ...

The Weihrauch HW 97K is an extremely accurate underlever air rifle from a reputable make. On the grip of the stock there is deep checkering and the build quality all round is of a very high standard. Weight is a problem for younger shooters however the weight does seem to aid the accuracy and this p ...

In my opinion this weihrauch HW 97K is the best spring gun available on the market. The stock is very nice, it has a built-on silencer and I can shoot a 1 inch group at around 35-40 yards, and I know if one goes stray it was my fault, not the gun's. Anything which can go straight through a rabbit fr ...

I recently had a squirrel problem and decided that the only thing that would cure it was an air gun. Having not used an air rifle since my twenties (some time ago I might add), I needed advice and was recommended to buy a Weihrauch HW77. I went to my local gun shop and all they had was a .22 HW97K. ...

This Weihrauch HW 97K is the first airgun I have purchased. It is a joy to shoot, even fumbling with small pellets. It's weight is close to my center fire rifles and aides in control without going to the range. Very impressive. I purchased it for a squirrel problem and have continued using it in the ...

I've personally cammo,d my 97k I've found it a totally superb rifle it handles all the tasks I expect, varing from targetplinking with my children, also with each of my different shoot locations. I've teamed my 97k with a simmons 3x9x40

A good rifle, if you can use a heavy spring rifle with recoil. Get it serviced with genuine parts, but watch it they offen come back at 14 f/p, 2f/p over the limit. RWS H-Point (14.5 gr) pellets work well and give the best energy transfer to the target. You will get the odd "flyer" pellet with this ...

I got this rifle quite recently, I have not been shooting very long, But I love this gun. Being 6ft means that the rifle is easy to handle, and that weight soaks up recoil like anything. My scope has'nt slipped yet, (hooray for promounts) and I can easily punch through metal at 30 yards.
