    New cables free of hiss like our old BT connection. Been with them for around three years and have no problems. they answer immediatley one phones. I could never get through to BT. The girls are polite but don't seem to know much about their subject, but you can speak to an IT person if you want. S ...

    My telephone line was cut off for a few days, then they changed their broadband config and I was cut off for another two weeks.     Recently I left SmallWorld to take up Sky. Miles, Miles better. We gave Small Mind, our nickname for them, the required 30 days notice. They arranged to get the kit and did not turn up. Turned up a week later. We agreed we'd cancel DD and they would invoice. Never did and sent us threatening letter. ...
