Got the code for RAZR2 V8 within 24 hours... I did not have any problems with the company apart from the fact that I cannot seem to be able to contact them in case of a problem or goes wrong. Therefore I do not recommend The Phone Unlockers.com

Paid GBP 9.99 for an unlock code for a Motorola V3 RAZR and all I got was a message notifying me of a delay - no code. All e-mail enquiries get a 'delivery failure' response for me?

They have an automated service which I think has no feel of customer service and tracking your order is not made obvious how to do it. Their workflow is email address based, ie. you have to email only when your order has been outstanding for a certain length of time.

Ordered the unlock code for Motorola Razr V8 on 29/06/2008 and still waiting as of 22/07/2008. Did email them @customersupport several times and got replies a few days later. It looks like I was one of the lucky ones at The Phone Unlockers.
I ordered an unlock code for my v3i, that was before I'd read any reviews (duh). I got the usual email saying there was a backlog of orders on my phone so there'd be a delay. I thought, here we go, £3.99 down the drain.

The email they send after minutes intimated a wait of 1 hour for my phone. 9 Days later still waiting. I feel a call to Trading standards now in order.
The terms say 28 days for a refund - not sure if that will happen on strength of the above.

I paid 23 pounds to unlock my new nokia n95 8gb and didn't get nothing besides automatically generated e-mail conferming my order.... I tried to contact them and it seems that their e-mail adresses don't work any more because everything come back as undelivered mail. no telephone numbers or address ...

Paid through Paypal. Got email straight away saying there was a back-order for my phone. 6 days later, still no news. Have emailed them twice but no reply yet. I can't find an address or phone number for them.
