    Unclear regarding times. A Brassett Home Appliances Repairstold me it would be a morning call between 7:30 and 9:30 so I booked the dentist for 10:15.
    After speaking to my tenant I phoned back to confirm the appointment but stupidly I didn't reconfirm that it was a morning call. Doh!

    We have had a good response from them when they booked a call to repair our Hotpoint washing machine, the engineer turned up as promised and he found the brushes had worn out and he had a set in his van the job was done to our satisfactory.
