    The representatives were on time, neatly dressed and most courteous. They willingly assisted older passengers getting in and out of the vans. The vans are new and clean and comfortable. Our experience was in Rome, both at the port of Civitavecchia to our hotel and from the hotel to the airport.

    We used the service from Rome hotel to DaVinci airport 10/18/2009. The service was EXCELLENT. The driver arrived on time, was friendly, helped with the luggage, the vehicle was clean, and we were taken promptly to the correct terminal.     I used Zelit Limousine for a cruise in Rome. The service was prompt and the drivers were courteous. None of our drivers spoke English but this did not turn out to be an issue. I highly recommend this service. Unlike many other services you only pay after you use the service.

    Our Zelit Limousine driver, met us with courtesy and immediately stowed our luggage in this clean, comfortable Mercedes SUV.     The service provided by Zelit Limousine guys is A1+, there was excellent communications via email beforehand.
