    Yes! I've been using HelpMaster for over 5 years now.

    You know what really impresses me? The product support. I can call or email PRD Software (the vendor that makes HelpMaster), and they always get back to me with either a solution, or a workaround, or at least something!

    Excellent email in management. Really good business rules writer.
    Overall this product is excellent value for money and good for small to medium help desks. Not for large service desks.
    You can also download the full application to play with and set up which is nice

    Lots of helpdesk power here. The desktop version gives you a great view all the jobs in the system. It allows you to look at your jobs, as well as the jobs assigned to other people. The way that you add actions to jobs is quite good. You can set the job status and send email whenever you do anything ...
