  if i could find another shower like the Gainsborough 10.5kW Deluxe Electric Shower i have had for 10yrs i would. we have had our gainsborough 1200 power shower for 10yrs and the motor has just burnt out.

  Two Gainsborough 10.5 showers installed in my house failed after just over year! When I spoke to the customer services department I was told I had been very 'unlucky' and it really shouldn't happen again! Doesn't make me want to buy another!

  Although our Gainsborough 10.5kW Deluxe Electric Shower was only 9 months old and still covered by the guarantee, Gainsborough customer care line were unable to help us regarding this problem. I'm very disappointed.
