    eParcelz were cheap & efficient. I thought customer support was excellent - the first time I sent a parcel I was on the phone about 4x and the lady was most helpful each time.     I have used this service at least 15 times. But last time the company messed up big time. Even if you bought from them many times previously,they don't treat you like a valuable customer,but someone to grab money from.
