    Voipgo are terrible cheats. Cancelled within their cancellation policy of 30 days and I get the run around everytime I contact customer service that is if I can get thru at all. Been told supervisor will call me at least 5 times now without any calls. Took my money and will not refund it . BBB said ...

    Avoid voipgo. I have no ax to grind, have no investment in their downfall. The company seems unable to get out of it's own way. WIth so many superior Voip services, there is no need to use this company. You will regret it. I won't tell my life story here, but I now use Callcentric. I also used ITP. ...

    I've been with voipgo since January of 2007.- almost 2 years of service and i only recall a handful of outages, and most were at times that i didnt even notice- quality is good, although there is some day that its a little scratchy but compared to other providers voipgo is the cream of the crop. ...
