Overall, i would say that with the price and the immense picture and sound quality for an average user that this Sony KV-28LS60U tv presents, it is a great buy.
And if you were looking at this tv against anyhting else in the same price range don't bother.

I bought this Sony KV-28LS60U television to replace my Sony 24" widescreen (which was superb), I thought that if I stuck with Sony I could'nt go wrong....how wrong could I be?
There is a VERY loud buzzing sound that comes from the set when it is on, I have had an engineer out to take a look at it ...
