    Sent three emails asking for their advice on DVR,s, still waiting for a reply.
    Would definitely not buy from Y3K CCTV Solutions

    Y3K CCTV Solutions an ok company that has a good spread of products but unfortunately my experiences have not all been great, initially they try but support wanes.

    - good range
    - easy access
    - have their own brand

    - budget products are poor quality
    - bad support at times
    - often out of stock ...

    I use Y3K a lot and have never had a problem with customer service and any product deemed to be faulty has been replaced with no hassle.

    I used Y3K CCTV Solutions last month and cannot recommend them as I received a poor quality service. I will now keep on trying to get them to do an appropriate follow up.
