    Agree with all the comments posted - if you had zero stars that's where I'd be. They suspend payments without reason - you cannot transact over the internet when abroad otherwise you need "world wide clearance". Clearly the web has passed this bank by. And they really don't give a stuff.

    Useless. They have now suspended my card twice (first time was because of a 'suspicious' transaction, which if they had checked properly was to the taxman!).

    I banked a cheque on Monday Morning and it was not cleared until Midnight on Sunday - So they keep YOUR money overnight weekend

    My Abbey account has been operating successfully except. They insisted I had a credit card which I didn't want - easy to get around that I accepted it and then didn't use it.

    We would give Abbey Business Account 0 stars if possible - and would not recommend them to anyone.
