Overall, extremely happy with the system. Cannot pay cash over the counter in Evesham, EVEN when the cashpoint is not working. I do not liking coming away with lots of cash which I need to leave at the bank.

Have never had a worse banking experience in our lives as we have had with the Abbey. Appalling customer service.
High Street will not help business accounts.
Many actions not followed up by Abbey, phones calls not logged, paperwork not received or sent!).
Very difficult to speak to right person or ...

Do not use this bank otherwise you would put yourself at risk not being able to get your debit card in time (i've been waiting for my replacement for more than 3 weeks and it has not arrived yet). This bank provides a great basic service for a small business. Efficient, professional, good Internet banking. I have found that Abbey high street branches do not like doing anything for business customers if they can avoid it.

Abbey have been very efficient at setting up a business account for us. The overdraft limit suits our needs and they sent out all the things we need for our start up business.
