i bought a 14kg SI diamond colour G to H ring from jewllery channel. the diamonds are a greyish colour. i took the tag off so i dont fink i can return it. are the diamonds meant to be that colour?. gimme ya thorts pls

The Jewellery Channel or TJC looks like a professional organisation selling quality jewellery but if anything goes wrong their Customer Services Department is dreadful. If you phone they can't answer the questions. If you email or write they fail to respond. All they say is return the jewellery and ...
