Completely B*LL*CKS service, placed an order 5 days ago with a standard delivery charge but still waiting. No contact number on the site and completely avoided my email. Worst Site EVER, I was always under the impression that Ebay was bad, but hell NO!

Actually visited the Reading shop. An experience not to be repeated. Staff unhelpful, and ill informed. Goods shoddy, but wouldn't give refund, only offer credit note or exchange for more tat. Worst online business ever. Ordered item a week ago, the website says standard delivery is 3 days. Have not received item so emailed them. Nothing. Have emailed them 3 times since. Nothing. No contact number. I told I want to cancel order but have heard nothing. Don't shop from them..Ever.

ordered sunday evening, delivery via DHL on Wednesday, shipping to Rotterdam Holland!

wish i had of read these reviews before buying,
ordered 3 bikes and delivery was prompt, but 2 of the bikes were un-rideable due to bent forks, the parts shouldn't of even left the factory where they were produced, you could see by looking at them they were not right,
anyway, rang customer service ...

Sports Direct sell mostly 'seconds' but will not tell you they are seconds. Many 'branded' items, are made by Sports Direct under license, and are their usual inferior quality. Look closely at the tags, you will see 'Made under license' (or similar) on many items.

Poor, poor service. Ordered some trainers and paid £5.95 for next day delivery. Got my order over 48 hours later. Emailed customer support to ask for a refund on special delivery service however no reply to 3 emails sent. Not even acknowledgment that they've even received it. Avoid at all ...

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A FOOTBALL SHIRT ON THERE WEBSITE. WHEN IT ARRIVED IT HAD NO SPONSOR LOGOS ON THE SHIRT AND IT WAS DIRTY. THE BIGGEST WIND UP IS THAT THERE ARE NO PHONE NUMBERS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES.... T***S
