When asking what interest rate my Isa had been reduced to, I was sent illiterate and illogical replies.
In April I attempted to transfer my Isas to Halifax.

My wife's transfer into our Birmingham Midshires Cash ISA took a week and mine took 3 months. Lost Post? maybe and maybe not. Just like the above comment, they are accessible and understandable.

It took 3 months to transfer an ISA from RBS to Birmingham Midshires. (My husbands was transferred in one week). This may have been the fault of RBS but it would have been useful if B'ham Mid had kept an eye on the transfer so that I did not have to keep phoning to check that the transfer was happen ...
