    I have always had to make my own decisions on how to invest and where to put my money as Barclays have never intervene so when I proudly produced my large inheritance cheque to the vacant and bored looking cashier I thought she would introduce me to the manager or to advise me on some deals but no, ...

    They can't open the Barclays Cash ISA account without making mistakes, and have returned my cheque, as they failed to open it before the end of financial year - obviously they don't want the business.
