Avoid this phone... I have gone back to using my two year old Sony Ericsson phone instead. Has made me think twice about other Samsung products

Dont know why people say it has a rubbish ringtone volume cause it doesn't in my opinion... just turn the volume up! It looks good, feels good, is good. FAB phone, get it! Nothing is bad about it as far as I am concerned... Therefore I do well recommend the Samsung Soul!

I absolutely love the phone after having it for a good few weeks, no problems at all once samsung helped me to sort out the problem I was having with volume on phone calls! Very smart looking and stylish phone, love that you can design your own themes so easily and can really adapt the phone to make ...

Battery life is actually fine on the Samsung Soul. My previous Sony Ericsson battery used to only last one day, so this lasting 3 or more days is brilliant.

Overall this is a lovely phone to use, looks nice and has good features. Let down though by its propensity to scratch very easily. I would recommend this phone but get a good case.

I was a bit sceptical about getting a Samsung Soul because I had read mixed reviews. I thought I would take a punt and I am glad I did.
I love this phone, no problems with the sound, the ringtone and coversation is as loud as any other phone I have had, so no issues there. The touch screen is respo ...

I have had a Samsung D840 before upgrading to the samsung soul last week. BIG MISTAKE! I have now changed it to Sony Ericsson C902 cybershot. Brilliant and easy to use although camera quality isnt as good as I expected but at least I can hear it ringing-even if it is at the bottom of my bag. Couldnt ...

Once my inbox has about 50 sms + the phone starts to slow down when you access the messaging area. All in all i wish i didn't buy the phone for the price there are much better ones available.

My Samsung Soul Keeps turning itself off, screen has gone green then if you press the side of the phone, screen comes back to picture of wall paper, sound is crap, was told that this is the one, never again. Going back to T-Mobile at weekend, want it changed, would never have a Samsung again.

Appalling battery life. Can't hear caller even on maximum volume. Touch screen slow to respond. Also, for me a real killer as I spend a lot of time in the car, doesn't hook up properly with bluetooth car kit (phone log and contacts won't upload) Case scratches too easily
