Had problem with freezer making loud noise, rang samsung and they said there is a fault with that model(rs21) engineer is coming out on tuesday and fitting an upgrade, and giving us an extended warranty, can't say farer than that.
over all a very good fridge freezer.

I've had my Samsung RS21 fridge freezer nearly two years and NO PROBLEMS at all, maybe im in a minority but I love my purchase and it was reduced in a sale at a time when they were selling for around 900 I bought it for 500.

Really disappointed overall. Samsung support in my area is 1 person. Told that parts are not held in UK stock, even though my appliance is less than 2 years old - complete disaster.

Would not buy another Samsung after this RS21 American style Fridge Freezer. Freezer OK, Fridge not. Temperature rises to 15 degrees. Bottom of fridge ices up. Samsung "Help" desk is not at all helpful.

The Samsung RS21 is an awful product. Saw it on watchdog on the BBC. I can't rely on it to stay cold and it's a fridge!
