There are no good points with this Samsung RS21 Fridge Freezer. It has now been broke for at least 5 months, they keep sending service line out. as soon as they think they fixed it, within a day back again noisy smelling warm when will they sort somthing out.

Our fridge/freezer is only 15 months old. It began making weird noises and the freezer went on to defrost everything. Forgot it was on 2 year guarantee so called an engineer out. It all started about 6 weeks ago, noise like a road hammer.
Manually defrosted ice from back of fridge unit (is this an automatic function?).
All was fine for 2 weeks and then it started again, repeated operation and again it was fine.
