    Would give a 0/5 if the rating system let me
    Deplorable customer service and company policy.
    Statements that they were supposed to send out will now incur me a charge of $5 each. 5 years worth of statements.

    Trying to sell my shares as the market was up after it was down for a long time. The online and telephone service of computer share was not working all day.
