I have been a customer of Solitaire Property Management Company for fifteen years. In my opinion Solitaire Property Management Company have poor management, bad maintenance, poor communications.

Solitaire has shown neither service nor management for what we pay them for. Work is done to a poor standard, if not done at all.
They charge an immense amount of money for this and are incredibly rude on the telephone.

The customer service is quite bad and they seem to charge the highest ground rent in the area currently £130 per month in a block of 9.
Total waste of time and generally do not care as long as they are getting paid.
