    I placed my order as they seemed to be the cheapest, and then found this site and started to worry. I did call the company and spoke to a guy who was not at all helpful, making me even more concerned. BUT the goods turned up as they emailed me a tracking number, and I did not have to pay any import ...

    The order was placed on in Jun 2009. Despite appearances, this website is on the USA West Coast and any calls to the number on the website go to voicemail. The chat facility on the site is never active. Emails are rarely answered and, if they are, are unsigned and misspelled. No confirmation of des ...

    All though I'm very pleased with the crossbow ,i was not so happy in having to pay at my door the sum off £26.33 for Brokerage Surcharges and import Tax £15.33.. If id known this i would not have use this firm.

    I do not recommend you using this site. They have yet to reply to mine which are 10 days old. Crossbow is stuck at a holding company in Birmingham whilst dispute is sorted.

    Again, my advice, do not use!
