DON't DON'T BUY I have recently purchased a property at David Wilson in Costessey Norfolk. First of all you get told items are included then find out later they are not, the workmanship is well below sub-standard and once you have completed they are just not interested.

It has taken 9 1/2 months and all the faults are still not sorted the heating system still does not work correctly, they want to rip out the ceilings again in up to 4 rooms to try and sort out the problem! They are now saying that as far as they are concerned it isnt that bad.

I was interested in the Development by David Wilson Homes at Duchess Park, Newmarket but even the web site advertising the properties gave me wrong details. I just have to say that there is no good points for me.

I would not recommend buying a house from David Wilson homes. They promise you the earth, then give you nothing!! They take months to get snagging work looked at, then even longer to get it repaired. How they can see houses I will never know!!
