    front door of Bellway Home still dosnt fit after numerous attemps to put right, sealant seems to be the answer for everything! car parking spaces sinking with brickwork coming away, given up reporting to after sales team as only send poor workmen who bodge jobs

    Bellway are very quick to take your money and promise you the ultimate moving experience. They have a customer charter; I only wish they abided by a fraction of what they promise in it.     Bellway Homes are impossible to deal with - once they have your money they don't care. When dealing with a range of faults for repair, the comment was "you can't expect a Rolls Royce at the price of a Fiesta" which is a slightly different story from when we were buying.

    Attention to detail is very poor, with poor and sloppy finish in many aspects of the home. The use of subcontractors who do not appear to take any pride in their work, and take the quickest and cheapest option is a major criticism.

    Bellway's building finish is so poor that I now need to have repairs to my roof and rendering.
    So far on a new house I have spent over £400 on roof repairs.
    In my case Bellway do not seem to take their responsibilities on "duty of care" seriously enough.
