I have nothing but misery from the minute i handded over the money for this kitchen. i have spooken to the company on many times and have been promisied lots of different things. As yet i have seen no of them.

All the fitting is done by external suppliers for KBBC Kitchens. I feel these fitters don't really care. The fitters left the site for 3 weeks and came back whenever they wanted. I previously wrote a bad review about KBBC Kitchens ~ but I have to say after the MD got involved it was all resolved with in a week. Got the paper work and had my handles replaced with KBBC handles. And got my kitchen tap replaced and now its all good.

KBBC Kitchens delivered incorrect items and there was items missing ~ had to go to b&q with fitters to choose door handles as kbbc could not get handles I ordered out to the fitters. Although the Kitchen does look stunning now I can not recommend KBBC because of the poor execution, time it took to install and the general attitude of the customer services team. I would recommend you have them round to design the kitchen then buy from someone else.

I would not recommend KBBC Kitchens to anyone. Whilst the actual meat of the kitchen is of high quality, unfortunately, the difficulties I faced outweighed the pleasure.
