    After having my teeth whitened, I started to use 'Janina' toothpaste.     The best way to use both Janina Diamond and Opale toothpastes is to brush your teeth as normal using any cheap whitening toothpaste then rinse your mouth and toothbrush. Then brush quickly with Janina paste but don't rinse, just spit. Then spray Janina mouth rinse into your mouth, swoosh round your ...
