Courier company expect the customer to wait in for an entire day and will not shift on this policy. Rang Evans - didn't care about the problem and said to ring the courier. The bike from Evans Cycles was pooly assembled. Brakes, gears and seat post not correctly assembled (in fact dangerous). Bike stand became loose. When problems bike was returned to shop they failed to fix in the time stated and never phoned. It was impossible to get through to the shop on the phone. ...
