    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered by TV on 9 November when the company told me the item was in stock. The next day I received an email to say it was out of stock and delivery would be a week later.     Thank you for your excellent service the goods were delivered before 9.30am on the next day and seemed to be in very good condition sorry we are a little late replying but we were on holiday straight after delivery many thanks i will definatley buy from you in the future and recommend you to others ...

    I have safely received and installed my new BluRay recorder. Everything is fine. Can I compliment you on your excellent and speedy service and also for keepiong me informed every step of the way right down to time of delivery. Well done and thanks.
