First they send a game for a different console. Have to phone up to get a returns number. Then have to obtain proof of posting. No refund recived. Ordered the complete series of Boston Legal on Friday afternoon and it arrived on the following Tuesday, very fast for this time of the year. Produce much cheaper than I could find anywhere else.
I could not vault the service from Zavvi in anyway.

I purchased a PS3 slim for my son as a Christmas present last week from Zavvi. The price was the cheapest I could find on the internet at that time. The PS3 got delivered the day after. I have had no problems with Zavvi whatsoever.

Although Zavvi were the cheapest, bad reviews almost put me off ordering - it was only the experience of a work colleague, who'd ordered & got his game the next day that persuaded me to try them.
