    I bought a sofa from bob discount store last year. When i saw the delivery I realised that the sofa was torn so asked them to send exchange it, but they told me that they will get it repaired by their service guy which he did and he did a bad job.     Upon being delivered, we saw that it was not the same as in the showroom and that one of the reclining actuators was broken.     At the sixth month after purchase, I saw the sofa and love seat go flat. All the cushions are pushed towards the corner. I reported it. First technician told me it needs more stuffing.
