Poor quality microphone. Uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. Jabra BT5020 is a dreadful headset. I am constantly told that people can't hear me on the phone.

Bad battery life on the Jabra BT5020.
Runs out after 2 hours and that's after being charged all night!
Very poor and at £30 it ain't cheap!
Keep clear of this bad product!

This is an excellent headset overall, with a good battery life although it can get irratating at times

My experience is the Jabra BT 5020 is a good idea but an unprofessional production. I replaced the units by Sony Erisson HBH GV435a. I got 2 Nos. of the unit. They keep failing on monthly bases. Main reason is there lack of protection against moist, the electronics inside corrode.The missing connect ...
