    My advice is just don't buy samsung! unfortunately for us we got ours then saw watchdog which had lots of reports on warm fridges, we are now in the situation where we have to choose another samsung as ours was written off at 12 mths old, why can't they make things to last anymorem sorry if i have ...

    The fridge freezer was good for two years. The freezer started to get warmer then go colder found it hard to get some one to look at it until I did they said it was loosing gas and the compressor was on its way out after two and half years it could not be fixed.
