Paid £98.00 for a vivarium 3 weeks ago not got it yet.They have yet to answer my e mails and the telephone line goes onto answer machine mode when i have tried.Luckily I paid with Barclaycard but may have to wait weeks for a refund.

Without a refund I cannot consider recommending this company to anyone. They have taken my money and also have the product. Furthermore they have not kept me informed or responded to any questions or emails. I also wish they had told me of the possible problems I would encounter by paying by cheque. ...

Paid £332 for three vivs and they have not yet sent them as far as I am aware. Wont reply to e-mails, wont answer there phone that goes onto answer machine yet in my experience therefore I do not recommend buyonlinepetshop.co.uk
