Virgin Mobile is an awesome network and I have had no problem with them whatsoever. Their customer service is good and they actually care about their customers.I've found there are a few incomodities about their pay monthly bundles. Their minutes and text are a tad bit inflexible if your use varies ...

Excellent service at Virgin Mobile UK good range of phones - the 300 texts and 300 mins for £10 a month good coverage all set up in a second helpful customer service who speak English and know what they are talking about a refreshing experience after being with orange and 3

I've been with the Virgin UK Mobile phone network for about 8 months now since the evil and bad T-Mobile decided to double the cost of my contract (and tell me it was a better deal!) So far no gripes. I hadn't bought anything from them besides airtime and a sim card, which I got in-store at Phones ...

With my experience this mobile phone company doesn't live up to the FAMOUS NAME of VIRGIN.
I tried to make good use of their services, but it all was too much hassle!

I've been with Virgin almost since they started. They provide a very straightforward, easy to understand service. They use the T-Mobile network, so (as with *all* networks) check coverage before you buy if you live in the sticks.

Virgin Mobile are very good on value. Just got it in the States. A little worried how stable Virgin will be in providing service, since their company didn't do so hot in asia, but good for the buck, good service for a new growing company.

Virgin offers excellent value for money and customer service, but in London the one2one network just doesn't make the grade, especially indoors. Signal quality can vary enormously within the same room, and calls are often lost midcall, or you can hear the caller but they can't hear you and vice-vers ...
