When used, support was friendly and helpful and there 24/7 at no extra cost. After a Tiscali's customer support - the worst in the world - this was a breath of fresh air. Same story as many here I'm afraid. Signed up from another isp where I was getting 0.5MBPS and for the first couple of months I was getting 5-6MBPS so I was well happy! Awful provider - avoid at all costs! Have had no problems at all. Reliable, fast and so much less expensive that BT and double the speed.

Would recommend to anyone as a plug and play experience on Broadband
