So good, I can't believe it! I changed from Plusnet because I wasn't happy with speed. Getting to talk to someone was always a bit of an ordeal and they could never do anything anyway. What's more I could save £5.00 per month with 02 because I have an 02 mobile contract.

After being with BT for 4yrs, I decided my 8mg £24.99 package was not worth my loyalty any more and decided to change to O2. I opted for the premium package 16mg £15pm (no O2 mobile).The £120 per year I will be saving will come in useful, more so with the credit crunch looming!

Switched to o2 after reading nothing but good reviews online. Very pleased with the service I'm getting and I do hope they keep it up.

I have had o2 for a few months, my line had a problem which I knew and all my previous Broadband Suppliers couldn't be asked to sort it. But O2 cared... They sent me loads of BT Engineers and FIXED IT im getting 7.8mb out of 8mb. With O2 Router and I live 2.6km away from exchange...This is so wonder ...

Very fast, constant download speeds. The set up was easy to use, including diagrams of connecting the router.
