Special effects are great, the creature is unique. Love the creatures, hated the movie. Blair witch film copycat. script is terrible. Didn't end right.

I didn't go into this movie with high expectations. I just wanted a good ride. It certainly delivered that. Great story line, great graphics, great acting finished with a shocking ending, with a side dish or blood & guts & headachy camera movement.
It was good and I recommend anyone to watch it who is over 12 at least because it was pretty horrible at parts.

Cloverfield is almost a hybrid of Blair Witch and Godzilla, which, although it may sound pretty cheesy, is actually very good. A possible contender for one of the best films of the year.

The whole movie sucked. Only the explosions and action and actually seeing the monster were the only good bits. It bored the hell out of me.
