The Nikon Nikkor AF 20mm is a sharp lens with a good 93 degree wide angle. If you've a budget that this is a good all rounder. Pleasantly surprised you can stand quite close to the subject.

Nikkor AF 20mm f/2.8D is the ultra-wide angle lens. It is one of the gems that Nikon ever made for the planet. For around 400 bucks, you can go wide wide wide with very low distortion. The pictures turn out to be sharp edge-to-edge. At f/2.8, you might have vignetting problem, but not serious. I ...
