The HP Deskjet D1470 Inkjet Printer is a low cost item but I do think it's up to the owner as to where the cartridges are purchased. I tend to refill existing cartridge - software tells me "low ink level" and then does not want to go away which "cripples" my PC - I have to reboot. I think it wants m ...
