I loved using european destinations. I used their suggested travel plan and modified it to fit my plans. Customer Service is very poor. Make sure that you ask many questions, because their agents have no idea how to make your experience easy. They
only give you the basic serivce and it is your responsibility to be your
own travel agent and make sure they add these additional services.

I do not understand the negative reviews here. Most of them sound like they had problems due to the customer not doing their homework. Of course if you take the hotels they first reccommend they are going to be far away from the center of town....that's why it's the least expensive option!! Twice ...
