I should have read the reviews before booking with this company ... Like others they took all the details (even gave us a reservation number)and then rang the next day and said that the fair had gone up and wanted an extra £180 ... STAY AWAY ... UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE ... do not use them ...

This Company is a scam. The people are rude and abusive and at the end of the day they pretend to make your booking and when they cant get your flight at the right cost to them, they cancel your flight without informing you. I had even managed to book my seats on the flight direct with the airline a ...

WE USED HOLIDAY GENIE IN 2008 FOR ARE HOLIDAY TO DUBAI, WE HAD NO TROUBLE AT ALL WITH THEM AND WILL BE USING THEM FOR THIS YEAR. THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE AND WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP.

Found Holiday Genie via travelsupermarket when i was looking for a cheap air fare from London to Bangkok.
They seemed cheap so i booked via them , gave my credit card and personal details and was told booking confirmed - even given a reference number.
