I purchased webwatcher for 2 PC's (2 license fees) and had a terrible outcome--worst money I ever spent. The first 4 months I fought with them trying to convince them that their software had a bug. When the software was activated it used 50% of my CPU at that point on under the guise of "explorer. ...

I bought this software to monitor my spouse's activity. It worked great at first. After I busted him in a chat on facebook and he found out about it, the software amazingly stopped recording facebook chats!! I have reset it, spent hours and hours with webwatcher, etc. Nobody can seem to help me fix ...

I loaded the Web Watcher Program on my Grand Daughters new computer. Before giving the computer to her I tested Web Watcher for a week. Every thing worked great. Then she took it home and that was when the problems began. I could not block any programs. The blocking worked fine when I tested it. I c ...

Web Watcher is pretty okay with quick installation. Doesn't track both sides of Facebook chat - which is really what I need. Haven't yet found a software which does that. I may try Spector Pro next.

Ive never used any other keylogging software so for my first one I must say I was impressed with untraceability of it considering it does collect so much information. Web Watcher captures most MSN Messenger conversations (both sides). Captures snapshots though this is slightly unreliable. Tells you ...

Overall the Web Watcher is good, but its not the great program that many of the reviews make it out to be. It is web based making it easier to access information than e-mail based software. Does a pretty good job of catching everything. It does seem expensive!!! They start you off with 1000 pict ...

Seems to record most of what I'd like to monitor.
The alert-words snapshots seem to work well.
    Key logger did it's job

You have to access your data through a website provided by webwatcher, and the site is frequently running so slow it's just not useable.

I've only had the product a week, and the ...

    1. Advertising and website are both very convincing; (though see 'bad points' below). 2. The program is truly well-hidden from the user; (though see #2 under 'bad points'). 3. It has fairly user-friendly controls to review the collected data; (though see #1 & #3 under 'bad points').
    Ugh. I wish I h ...

It works out very expensive for me. The license I payed for allows me to monitor just a single machine so if I have 2 or 3 PCs or Laptops in my house I need more licences. There are no free upgrades too as far as I am aware, I have to pay an additional fee for that. This means if Microsoft change th ...
