Full of promises that turn to dust once the job is started. We're still struggling to get a completion certificate 3 years after the job was completed (actually the job was never completed in our eyes, but once they've been paid, they're off - never to be seen again).

Alternative Timber were friendly, professional and at reasonable cost. Excellent quality of double glazed windows and patio doors so much so we had them fit a new patio door at our new house. Friends and other tradesmen have admired the quality of workmanship.

I would not use this company ever again or recommend them to anyone. Any complaints are dismissed as 'timewasting', get everything in writing and try to hold back money until happy with with the job. I complained to Fife Trading Standards and the ASA about this company.
