    Nice hotel. Cold swimming pool, terrible waitresses, terrible bar staff (too many rules and regulations). I have been to many many all inclusive, and this is the very worst by very very far!

    Out of 8 rotating staff, 6 are terrible, this really does have and effect on our, and every-ones stay at this otherwise decent hotel.
    Their Hotel Mediterraneo Benidorm staff attitude was that we were in the way. We had to abide by their rules which they made up, probably just to wind every body up.T ...
