    I found Interactive Investor fustrating to say the least. And I've not even used their service yet!! Their login system would not let me in despite having access to their outer iii website. For some reason, they have 1 login for the main site, and then another for the share-dealing service. However ...

    Not for the first time anticipated a movement in shares but couldn't get a deal with Interactive Investor losing me a 5% gain in 10 minutes.. If you have a long term purchase it might be OK, but don't try and trade in an active (or falling) market - I received no service.

    Interactive Investor Account opening took over 7 days. Had to re-register 5 times, customer service could not find my details despite speaking to several unhelpful staff, ID required (due to money laundering and criminal record checking) but which time I didn't bother continuing with opening the a/ ...

    Interactive Investor must be without a doubt worst sharedealing service available on the market today, if you want to buy and sell shares you would be better off investing in a fast car.

    Terrible site design and quite user-unfriendly. Requires 2 login accounts (1 for portfolio, 1 for share dealing). The portfolio grid is too busy. Some of the design decisions are terrible, for instance, it's not clear what the default button is when one presses enter in a text-box. I've just notice ...

    The Interactive Investor Website (www.iii.co.uk) is the worst piece of site design I've ever seen. I find the double login system with it's vast arrays of passwords is completely impenetrable. I went in to the main site, then I created an entirely separate login for the share dealing area.I work in ...
