    Istanbul Sultanahmetsuites is a long distance and a big hill from Sultanahmet, location is hard to find and pretty scary. There is no lift, no bellboy. Only stairs. No daily cleaning of rooms, including the toilets. It seems that everything breaks down. Heaters, television, internet, you name it ...

    I fully agree with the comments made by 'oldbanker'.
    Our family of 4 stayed at this hotel for 10 days. We thought our apartment was clean, very comfortable and well equipped (though we could have done with an extra saucepan!)

    Except for the comment about the elevator, I would have a hard time disagreeing more with the first reviewers opinion.     First of all I strongly recommend you do NOT go to Sultanahmet Suites. They call themselves ?a 4-star hotel?, but it's certainly not the case. They are far from what a 4 star hotel should be.     I chose Sultanahmetsuites because I had read glowing reviews on a travel site, but this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. This hotel has NO staff, only the owner, and is empty most of the time. The lobby area was dark and tiny. You need to climb a steep hill to go anywhere, including Sultanahme ...
