Bought this in pc world - they wanted to send back to UK which would take 2 1/2 weeks minimum - staff very unhelpful in my opinion - its easier to buy a new DVD even though it should not be that way
With laptop - battery dying after 9 months is very dissappointing, therefore I do not recommend Pack ...
