Made an application at the post office? to cut along story short its not a service it is a disgrace, waited near 2 months for the entire process to be in place and only yesterday got a paying in book? coulnt pay money in form of cheque in unless you have a paying in book

Post Office Banking itself is actually quite good. So far my experience of their credit card is that it's been reliable, trouble-free and secure without being intrusive. Their call centre staff have been friendly, professional and helpful.

I have tried to access my account without any success at all.

The site is totally user unfriendly and I agree with the other negative comments from the reviews. Use of internet banking with the PO is hopeless. Is the Post Office going to take notice of their customer comments?

my saver's Post Office bank account was very hard to find with no links to the home page and when you do find it they say the information can only be accessed on internet explorer 6 ? which i think is insecure anyway hence i will not use this system again

I just want to pay my Post Office mastercard bill on the internet as i do all my other bills! My card number apparently doesnt exist, the customer service centre lady was the most unhelpful person i have ever had to deal with! If i have to resort to posting cheques again i really cant be bothered ...
