My claim was dealt with slowly and declined with the most dicourtious letter I have ever recieved in my life. I don't like being accused of telling lies.

Can I start off by saying I wanted to give Fonesafe no stars however the site wouldn't allow it.

I will NEVER use Fonesafe again and would discourage anyone thinking of using them from signing up.

My daughter also had her phone stolen whilst at the swimming baths. Despite cctv evidence of suppicious activity and reporting the theft to the police.
