My Hoover VHD9143ZD broke down 4 times in six months! The door is not unlocking, not spinning, error codes on lcd, etc. Had it fixed but happened again.
Lots of arguments with hoover on phone, regret the day I bought it. Finally getting taken away and think i am going to get a bosch. Stay well clear ...
